Biography

Shane Campbell joined West in May 2025 and serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Proprietary Segment Officer. Shane has extensive global-management experience across operations, engineering, commercial and strategy. He spent over 20 years at DuPont in roles of increasing responsibility focused in the areas of elastomers, polymers, building materials, chemicals, packaging and safety.

Shane earned his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware and MBA from Harvard Business School.
