Biography

Rudy Poussot joined West as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development in November 2023. In his role, Rudy is responsible for overseeing the long-term strategic vision for West’s growth and capital deployment. Most recently, Rudy served as the Director of Health Strategy, Business Operations at Google, for the last three years. Over the last 20 years, Rudy has held positions of increasing responsibility at a variety of companies including Illumina, Inc., Cardinal Health and McKinsey & Company. Rudy earned his Bachelor of Sciences in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University in New Jersey.
