Biography

Pat serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at West. In this role, he leads the company’s digital transformation journey, driving the development of digital capabilities, ensuring Digital & Transformation (D&T) initiatives are aligned with business strategic priorities, and positioning West at the forefront of digitization within the industry.

Pat joined West in 2018 as Vice President, D&T, where he was instrumental in establishing and growing West’s Digital Technology Center in Bangalore, India. With over 25 years of experience in digital transformation, Pat has led major initiatives across ERP, e-Commerce, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Prior to West, he served as Technology Center Head at Merck KGaA, where he was responsible for global IT strategy and initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held key IT leadership roles at Invensys Systems and IBM Global Services.

Pat holds an Engineering degree from Andhra University, an M.S. from the University of Cincinnati, and a second M.S. from Brandeis University.
