Biography

Norman “Norm” Finch joined West as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in December 2025. In his role, Norm will be responsible for all legal and compliance activities, including litigation management and intellectual property, as well as serving as the Corporate Secretary to the West Board of Directors.

Norm is a seasoned executive who brings exceptional legal expertise and a deep understanding of the industry and global regulatory environment. Most recently, Norm served as a legal, compliance, investment and HR advisor to start-up healthcare technology companies. Prior roles include Illinois Tool Works Inc. SVP, General Counsel & Secretary, Sealed Air Corporation VP, General Counsel, Secretary & Human Resources, and Zimmer Holdings, Inc. (now Zimmer Biomet) VP, Associate General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer. He began his law career at Fulbright & Jaworski (now Norton Rose Fulbright).

Norm earned his Bachelor of Arts (pre-law) from Texas Tech University (Lubbock, Texas) and his Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University School of Law (Dallas, Texas).
