Biography

Kathy joined West in 2022 and serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Quality and Regulatory Officer. In her role, Kathy is responsible for overseeing the global Quality and Regulatory teams, supporting West’s priority of delivering high-quality products that meet the exact product specifications and quality standards customers require and expect in the interest of patient safety. Prior to this role, Kathy served as Vice President and Chief Quality Officer at West.

Prior to joining West, Kathy served as the Global Quality Executive for the Life Care Solutions Strategic business unit at GE Healthcare for the last seven years. Prior to GE Healthcare, Kathy was the Group Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs at Philips Healthcare for three different business divisions over a nine-year period.

Over the last 30 years, Kathy has held positions of increasing responsibility at a variety of companies including Tyco Healthcare, ConMed Linvatec, Johnson and Johnson Medical, and Bausch and Lomb.

Kathy earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and her Bachelor of Science from Auburn University.
