Biography

Annette F. Favorite serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. In her role, she leads West’s Human Resources and Global Communications functions and elevates team performance through innovative HR programs. Annette also serves as President of the Herman O. West Foundation, which supports West team members through scholarship and matching gift programs.

A recognized leader in her field, Annette was honored with the Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year Award in 2024 and the Latino Leadership Award in 2023 from Profiles in Diversity Journal, reflecting her commitment to excellence in human resources and advancing diversity and inclusion.

Annette previously served on the Chester County Economic Development Council and the West Chester President’s Advisory Board, contributing her expertise to initiatives that strengthen local business and educational communities.

Prior to joining West in 2015, Annette spent more than 25 years at IBM, where she last held the position of Vice President, Global Talent Management. She holds an MS in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina and a BA in Psychology from the University of Georgia.
