Biography

Andy Polywacz serves as President of Integrated Systems. In this role, Andy has global responsibility for West’s Integrated System products, including strategic business development, product design and management, supply chain and operations.

Prior to this role, Andy served as the Vice President of Quality where he was responsible for overseeing the global Quality team and West’s priority of delivering high-quality products that meet the exact product specifications and quality standards customers require and expect in the interest of patient safety.

From 2001 to 2008, Andy was part of Catalent (formerly known as a division of Cardinal Health) where he held positions in Operations, Quality and Validation. Prior to Catalent, Andy was with Baxter where he held positions in Operations, Quality and Sterilization. Andy holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from National Louis University.
