Biography

Aileen Ruff-Patry serves as President of Contract Manufacturing. In this role, Aileen has global end-to-end responsibility for West’s Contract Manufacturing Operating Unit, including sales and business development, strategic planning, marketing, engineering, supply chain, quality and manufacturing operations.

Aileen joined West in 2018 as Sr. Director, Strategic Marketing for the Biologics Market Unit. She then served as Vice President and General Manager for West Services and Solutions.

Prior to joining West, Aileen held the role as Vice President, Business Unit Strategy for Catalent Pharma Solutions.

Aileen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Business from Wake Forest University’s Calloway School of Business, and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
